Sellin, age 53 and Kory M. Sellin, age 25, from Cleveland, NY for Assault in the second degree, a class \u201cC\u201d felony.<\/p>\n<p>The arrest stems from an investigation on February 16, 2016 into the 39 year-old male victim found unconscious in a parking lot of a restaurant and bar located on State Route 49 in the Town of Constantia in Oswego County.\u00a0 The victim stated he was assaulted as he was walking towards the entrance of the restaurant along with his girlfriend.\u00a0 Witnesses stated the victim and his girlfriend had just left another bar on State Route 49 after a verbal altercation with the suspects who were heard making racial slurs towards the victim.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_66022\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-66022\" style=\"width: 120px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/?attachment_id=66022\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-66022\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66022 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/sellin-kory-120x150.jpg\" alt=\"Kory Sellin\" width=\"120\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/sellin-kory-120x150.jpg 120w, https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/sellin-kory-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/sellin-kory-400x500.jpg 400w, https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/sellin-kory.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 120px) 100vw, 120px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-66022\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Kory Sellin<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On February 19, 2016, Michael and Kory Sellin were subsequently arrested for Assault in the second degree\/Hate Crime and arraigned in the Town of Constantia Court and held in lieu of $10,000 cash\/$20,000 bond at the Oswego County Jail.\u00a0 Both suspects are scheduled to appear back in court on April 25, 2016 at 5pm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Police arrested Michael P.
