Clewx, 27, of Fulton, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and subsequently found to be in possession of heroin.The vehicle\u2019s passenger, James R. Walker, 34, also of Fulton, NY, was found to be in possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle\u2019s passenger, James R. Walker, 34, also of Fulton, was found to be in possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>Walker was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court Wednesday, March 16, at 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Clewx was transported to SP Fulton for processing and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, an unclassified misdemeanor; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor.
