Webster, Jr., 42, of Oneida Street, Verona, on the following charges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First-degree criminal impersonation, a class \u201cE\u201d felony;<\/li>\n<li>Third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor;<\/li>\n<li>Third-degree criminal trespass, a class \u201cB\u201d misdemeanor; and<\/li>\n<li>22 vehicle and traffic violations, including speeding and reckless driving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On Monday, March 7, at approximately 8:15 a.m., Troopers were called to the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities Facility, located at 5635 State Route 31 in Verona, regarding a male who entered into the state facility stating \u201cHe was the FBI and was looking for a woman for an investigation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The man was asked to leave several times and refused.\u00a0 He began to walk down the hallway of the facility looking for this woman. He eventually ran out of the building prior to police arrival. The manager at the facility was able to get the plate number of the suspect\u2019s vehicle which was broadcast by the 911 center to all patrols in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Trooper Jeremy Nash spotted the suspect\u2019s vehicle on State Route 365 in the Town of Verona and initiated a traffic stop. While Trooper Nash approached the vehicle, the suspect vehicle fled eastbound on State Route 365. A pursuit was initiated and terminated a short time later by Trooper Nash as the identity of the suspect was known to be Robert Webster, Jr.<\/p>\n<p>Webster surrendered himself a short time later at Troop D Headquarters in Oneida, where he was taken into custody without incident. He was arraigned on the charges above in the Town of Verona Court and remanded to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash\/$50,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Webster is also facing charges for Disrupting a Religious Service, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor after he walked up to the altar during Sunday morning services and began yelling and threw a kneeler at the wall\u00a0 of the church. The church, St. Mary\u2019s of the Lake Parish is located on State Route 13 in Verona Beach.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Police in Oneida arrested\u00a0Robert R.
