Weyant, 34, of Canastota, for first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a class B felony and second-degree rape, a class D felony.\u00a0 He is accused of having sexual intercourse with a child less than 15 for a period of years in duration.<\/p>\n<p>Weyant was arraigned in Lincoln Town Court and was remanded to the Madison County Jail on $75,000 cash bail or $90,000 bond.
