Brian T. Cole, 46, Main Street, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket April 3 on a charge of possession of open container of alcohol in public.<\/p>\n

Christopher J. Stanislas, 27, Washington Avenue, Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant April 3 for allegedly failing to comply with intermittent rules on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt.<\/p>\n

Constance A. Digennaro-Ho, 29, West Road, Oneida, was arrested April 3 on a bench warrant for\u00a0allegedly failing to appear on a charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.<\/p>\n

John A. Farnham, Jr., 33, Hawkins Corner Road, Lee Center, was arrested on an arrest warrant April 2 on a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on charges of obstructing emergency medical services and second-degree harassment.<\/p>\n

Jerry L. Durr, 58, Lenox Avenue, Oneida,\u00a0was issued a criminal summons April 4 on a\u00a0charge of second-degree menacing. He is alleged to have placed a large kitchen knife to\u00a0the throat of a 24-year-old woman.<\/p>\n

Brian J. Scott, 41, East Gove Street, Oneida,\u00a0was issued an appearance ticket April 4 on a charge\u00a0of third-degree assault. He is alleged to have grabbed and pushed a female victim\u00a0causing her to fall and strike an end table and wall causing a contusion to the face,\u00a0bloody nose, head injury and neck muscle strain.<\/p>\n
