Horning, 41, from Parish, for third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.<\/p>\n<p>Horning is accused of stealing more than $4,200 worth of tools while being employed as the shipping and receiving clerk at <!--more-->the EJ USA Syracuse Castings Facility in Cicero.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in Cicero Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
