Law Enforcement and landfill personnel will be on hand to\u00a0direct residents to the safe pill collection and the free shredding event being conducted <!--more-->simultaneously Saturday, April 30,\u00a0at the landfill site. Those attending these events\u00a0are asked to follow the signs and obey traffic directions given by on-site staff.<\/p>\n<p>Residents can drop off controlled and non-controlled prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines (liquids or pills), sharps (lancets and syringes), vitamins and veterinary medications. Keep the medications in their original containers; cross\u00a0off personal information with a black marker.
