Main St., Oneida,\u00a0was\u00a0issued a criminal summons charging her with harassment and endangering the\u00a0welfare of a minor. She is to appear in City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On April 21, Joel A. Alvarado, 55, of 519 West Elm St., Oneida,\u00a0was issued a\u00a0criminal summons charging him with one count of trespass. He is to appear in City\u00a0Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On April 21, a 16-year-old male was arrested on a bench warrant. The original charges were petit larceny and burglary. The subject was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail pending further court action.<\/p>\n<p>On April 21, Joseph Pistello, Jr., 39, of 116 Blackmore Road, Camillus, was\u00a0arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with two counts of endangering the welfare\u00a0of a child.
