Petrie of the Village of Frankfort Police Department (Herkimer County) is asking for the public&#8217;s assistance with locating a mother and her two children.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On Friday, April 22, 2016, The Herkimer County Dept. of Social Services filed a petition to have custodial rights suspended.\u00a0 Prior to Social Services being able to secure the two children from the mother, Alicia L. Seelbach age 27, she left a residence in the Village of Frankfort with them.\u00a0 Since this time they have not been seen.<\/p>\n<p>The missing children are Mariah M. Seelbach, age 2 and Jordan Lints II, age 1.\u00a0 The police would like to be able to verify the safety and welfare of the children as well as their mother Alicia Seelbach. \u00a0 Alicia may be in the company of Jordan Lints, age 25.\u00a0 There are familial ties to Herkimer County and the City of Utica, and we are asking for the public\u2019s assistance in locating them.<\/p>\n<p>If anyone has any information into the whereabouts of Alicia, Mariah and Jordan, they are asked to contact the Village of Frankfort Police Department at 315-895-7311 or State Police in Herkimer at 315-866-7111.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; LOCATED https:\/\/www.nyspnews.com\/article_display.cfm?article_id=51991&#038; &nbsp; The New York State Police and Chief Ronald J.
