*Approval of minutes regular meeting 04\/19\/16<\/p>\n

*Approval of Warrant No. 9<\/p>\n

1. CNY WATER WORKS CONFERENCE: Authorize the Water Department employees and Water\u00a0Board Commissioners to attend the Central New York Water Works Summer Meeting and Product\u00a0Display held at Hinerwadel\u2019s Grove, Syracuse, NY on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. (Smolinski)<\/p>\n

2. ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT: Receive and place on file the Annual Financial Report Update\u00a0Document for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. (Pease)<\/p>\n

3. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: Receive and place on file a Positive Recommendation\u00a0from the Planning Commission and the GML Recommendation from Madison County Planning\u00a0Department relative to amending the Zoning Ordinance relating to increasing the number of signs\u00a0allowed per business and schedule a public hearing for May 17 at 6:30 p.m. in the Common\u00a0Council Chambers, 109 N. Main St., Oneida. (Rose)<\/p>\n

4. CROSSING GUARDS: Approve an increase in the hourly wage for the City\u2019s five crossing guards.\u00a0(Matzke)<\/p>\n

5. AGREEMENTS: Authorize the Mayor to sign various agreements with Power Generation &\u00a0Industrial Engines, Inc. for generator\/fire pump preventative maintenance for the Recreation Dept,\u00a0Fire Dept, Water Dept, Justice Center, Municipal Building, and WWTP. (Rauscher)<\/p>\n

6. BUDGET TRANSFERS: Approve budget transfers to add a new line for flowers downtown.\u00a0(Matzke)<\/p>\n

7. DECLARE EXCESS PROPERTIES: Declare properties at 1178 Glenwood Avenue, 2120\u00a0Schoolheimer Road, 5907 Peterboro Road, and 305 N. Main Street be excess properties thereby\u00a0eligible to be for sale. (Stedman)<\/p>\n
