Troopers, with the assistance of Wrecker 1 (the standby tow truck), quickly pulled the vehicle over before any incidents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\"><span lang=\"EN\"> The driver of the vehicle, Simon Rashid, 31, of Hollis, was found to be intoxicated. Rashid was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where he refused to submit to a breath test to determine the alcohol content in his system.
