Doyle<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On May 2 at approximately 10 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Peter Scott Road in the Town of Schroeppel in Oswego County for a traffic violation.<\/p>\n<p>Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, John F. Doyle, 40, and passenger, Tanya L.
