Baker<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On April 28, 2016, at approximately 11:15am, State Police responded to the Macy\u2019s department store located in the Great Northern Mall regarding a shoplifting incident involving two females.<\/p>\n<p>The store security officer was able to stop one of the two females after they left the store with stolen merchandise totaling $685. The other female suspect left the area in a dark-colored sedan prior to patrol\u2019s arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers arrested 22-year \u2013old, Kacia S. Danciu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The other female suspect was later identified as 23-year-old Celine M. Danciu of 2132 Main St., New Woodstock. Danciu, who left the store operating a 1996 Honda Accord, was involved in a property damage accident at approximately 4:05 p.m., on State Route 92 in the town of Manlius.<\/p>\n<p>The accident investigation revealed Danciu was southbound on State Route 92 when she rear-ended a 2010 Subaru Outback, operated by Calvin English, 55, of Cazenovia. Danciu was taken into custody at the accident scene and charged with petit larceny.
