The driver of the vehicle, Angel Borgen, 32, of Wilkes Barre, Pa., was found to be intoxicated, in possession of a baton (a\/k\/a\/ &#8220;billy club&#8221;) and marijuana. He was transported and processed at SP Albany, where he refused to submit to a breath or blood test to determine the alcohol content in his system.<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He was subsequently charged with:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified\u00a0Misdemeanor<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor<\/li>\n<li>Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; a Violation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Borgen was arraigned before the Town of New Baltimore Court on remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 1 at approximately 10:37 p.m., State Police responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident on I-87 near the New Baltimore Service Area.
