Fitzgerald, 31, of Baldwinsville, with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation; after responding to an Oswego County elementary school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\"><span lang=\"EN\">May 3 at approximately noon, State Police report they responded to Minetto Elementary School for a report of an incident involving a second-grade student.
