\"wine<\/a>Utica Zoo\u2019s 17th annual Wine in the Wilderness fundraising event is Saturday, June 4, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the\u00a0Utica Zoo. Sample and purchase New York state wines, featuring a limited edition chardonnay by Mohawk Valley Winery\u00a0with a custom Utica Zoo label.<\/p>\n

Sample beers from Saranac Brewery or purchase wine slushies. You can look forward to\u00a0live music by Simple Props and Remsen Social Club. The first 2,000 attendees will receive a free commemorative wine\u00a0glass brought to you by Mohawk Valley Winery.<\/p>\n

Designated drivers do not get a wine glass and will not be served\u00a0alcohol.<\/p>\n

Utica Zoo admission and light snacks are also included with ticket purchase. Additional farmers\u2019 market vendors\u00a0and food trucks will be on site. Wine in the Wilderness is a rain-or-shine event, and you must be 21 or older with photo ID\u00a0to get in. Sponsored by: Mohawk Valley Winery, Bank of Utica, Townsquare Media, and PJ Green. All proceeds benefit the Utica Zoo.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Utica Zoo Members: $30 in advance and $35 at the door \u2013 Member tickets are only available at the Utica Zoo gift\u00a0shop and Eventbrite.com. Members can use their email as the promotional code on Eventbrite.com to get the\u00a0member discount.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Designated Drivers: $20 in advance and at the door. Designated driver tickets to do not get a wine glass and will\u00a0not be served alcohol at the event.<\/p>\n
