The trooper stopped the Jeep and interviewed the operator, Rusty A. Trinka, 49, of Route 26, Ava.<\/p>\n<p>It was determined that Trinka had been consuming alcoholic beverages and sobriety tests indicated that he was intoxicated.\u00a0 Trinka was taken into custody for DWI and transported to the SP Oneida barracks for processing, where a breath test determined Trinka&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>It was determined that Trinka had been consuming alcoholic beverages and sobriety tests indicated that <!--more-->he was intoxicated. He was taken into custody for DWI and transported to the SP Oneida barracks for processing, where a breath test determined his blood-alcohol content to be .17 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Trinka was ticketed for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, failure to keep right and consuming alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle.
