She\u00a0is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Dollar General.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas J. Donnelly, 52, Route 5, Utica, was charged May 15\u00a0owith\u00a0displaying a forged\u00a0certificate of Inspection.<\/p>\n<p>Brandy L. Schultheis, 32, W.
