Hull from Barnes Settlement Road, Alexandria Bay on one count of first-degree rape, a class B felony and one count of first-degree criminal sexual act, a class B felony.<\/p>\n<p>Hull is accused of having sexual intercourse May 14 with a female by forcible compulsion.
