The Village of Canastota Recreation Commission is proud to present its 2016 Summer Concert Series\u00a0line-up.\u00a0Concerts are held Thursday evenings from June 30 through Aug. 18 at the\u00a0International Boxing Hall of Fame events pavilion.\u00a0All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. and conclude at 8:30 p.m. Rain dates are noted below.<\/p>\n

June 30: Canastota Community Band.\u00a0You have heard them perform in local parades and community events, now come spend an evening and be\u00a0entertained by your friends and neighbors. Rain date: Tuesday, July 5.<\/p>\n

July 7: Matt Chase & Thunder Canyon.\u00a0One of New York State\u2019s finest country bands. Chase and company blend \u201cnew\u201d country sounds in with \u201cold\u00a0school\u201d sound that defines country music. Rain date: Tuesday, July 12.<\/p>\n

July 14: Entourage.\u00a0Enjoy a variety of music, including classic rock, pop, Motown, Funk, Soul, Disco, Rhythm and Blues and some cross-over country. Rain date: Tuesday, July 26.<\/p>\n

July 21: The Joe Whiting Band.\u00a0Joe and his band perform energetic, enthusiastic \u201c R n B \u201c \u2013 Rockin\u2019 Blues \u2013 Blue Eyed Soul ( Americana)\u00a0music. They have been pleasing audiences in venues throughout CNY for many years. Rain date: Tuesday, July 26.<\/p>\n

July 28: The Tony Regulbuto Show feat. Command Performance.\u00a0Come see this \u201cVegas-style\u201d show band right in your own backyard.\u00a0 This Canastota native is happy to be\u00a0coming home to entertain you. Rain date: Tuesday, Aug. 2.<\/p>\n

Aug. 4: The Party Nuts.\u00a0A high-energy dance band featuring sax, trumpet, keyboard, guitar, bass, drums and vocals, the Party Nuts\u00a0play everything from Glenn Miller and the Beatles to Motown and James Brown.\u00a0Rain Date: Tuesday, Aug. 9.<\/p>\n

Aug. 11: Joe Angerosa.\u00a0One of the area\u2019s favorites.\u00a0 Enjoy an evening with \u201cThe King of Rock and Roll\u201d as Angerosa plays the\u00a0timeless hits of Elvis Presley. Rain Date: Tuesday, Aug. 16.<\/p>\n
