The event offers something for the whole family: a 5K\u00a0walk\/run, motorcycle ride, music and great food.<\/p>\n<p>This year we are proud to have live music after the motorcycle ride and 5K run by local band\u00a0Vitamin X. Vitamin X is made up of local musicians from other bands; Ron Richards on guitar\u00a0and vocals, Tim Stone on bass and vocals, and John Bletch on percussion. The music is being\u00a0sponsored by Eagle Beverage and the band will be playing from noon to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the band, we will have kids activities and raffles for a bicycle, an elliptical and a\u00a0quilt and more.<\/p>\n<p>This event provides a chance for the whole community to come together and shine as we take\u00a0care of neighbors in need. Funding raised <!--more-->through the event will be used for people in Oswego\u00a0County who cannot afford a ramp or home accessibility modifications. Your support for this\u00a0event makes it possible for people to remain at home and not be forced into a nursing home. It\u00a0also means that people can come home from rehab or the hospital in a much quicker time\u00a0frame. ARISE &amp; Ride for Ramps allows people with disabilities to return to their community and\u00a0feel hopeful once again as they rejoin their families to live in dignity.<\/p>\n<p>We hope that you\u2019ll share this day with us. Come be part of \u201cOUR\u201d family and, in turn, let\u2019s give\u00a0independence to our neighbors and their families.
