Roczen and Mackenzie R. Werenczak , SP Remsen, received a report of a person possibly suffering from a drug overdose sitting in a vehicle with the engine running on the shoulder of Hawkinsville Road in the Town of Boonville. Troopers Roczen and Werenczak responded to the scene assisted by Boonville Village Police.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation revealed that Amy R. Kent, 22, of Prospect, was unresponsive in her vehicle with engine running and <!--more-->transmission in gear. Trooper Roczen interviewed Kent, administered standardized field sobriety tests, and subsequently arrested her for DWAI-Drugs.<\/p>\n<p>Kent was transported to SP Remsen for processing and later transported to New Hartford Police Department for further evaluation by a Drug Recognition Expert. Kent was issued tickets and released to a third party.
