Wohlgemuth<\/strong>, age 34, from 102 Smith Street in Solvay, NY after a 10 month investigation into fraudulent credit accounts opened by Wohlgemuth.<\/p>\n<p>This investigation was referred to the State Police by the Village of Solvay Police Department and New York State Parole.\u00a0 Wohlgemuth was arraigned in the Village of Solvay Court on the following charges:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identity Theft 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree, a class \u201cD\u201d felony<\/li>\n<li>Grand Larceny 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Degree, a class \u201cD\u201d felony (2 counts)<\/li>\n<li>Grand Larceny 4<sup>th<\/sup> Degree, a class \u201cE\u201d felony<\/li>\n<li>Scheme to Defraud 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree, a class \u201cE\u201d felony<\/li>\n<li>Falsifying Business Records Second Degree, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor (8 counts)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wohlgemuth is currently being held at Jamesville Correctional Facility in connection with a Parole Violation from a previous criminal case.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Anyone with information about Joel M.
