Zory<\/strong>, 46, of 13 Bellewood Circle, was charged with unlawful disposal of methamphetamine laboratory, a class E felony; and second-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a class C felony.<\/p>\n<p>Zory was arraigned in the Town of Cicero Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center without bail.
