Maes, 37, West Elm Street, Oneida, was arrested May 26 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear on charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree <!--more-->menacing.<\/p>\n<p>Gary L. Hawks, 31, North Court Street, Wampsville, was charged May 25 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.<\/p>\n<p>Richard J. Milgate, Jr., 30, of Buck Street, Canastota, was charged May 25 with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
