USDA Farm Service Agency and many other USDA agencies rely on the results of this survey to help develop and administer Federal farm programs, included using it to set the Conservation Reserve Program rental rates for cropland and marginal pastureland.<\/p>\n<p>To collect this information, NASS asks a sampling of farmers and ranchers to respond to the Cash Rents and Leases survey each year. NASS will collect cash rent data through <span data-term=\"goog_811789900\">July 1<\/span>. If you <!--more-->received the Cash Rents and Leases survey, please respond either <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nass.usda.gov\/Online_Response\/Be_Counted\/index.php\">online<\/a>, or via mail and telephone (<a href=\"tel:%28800%29%20727-9540\">(800) 727-9540<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>If you would prefer to fill the survey out at your local USDA Service Center you can contact your local FSA Office.
