Clements, 27, of Earl Ave.,\u00a0Oneida, was charged May 31 \u00a0with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation<\/p>\n<p>Steven P. Touron, 61, of W. Elm St., Wampsville, was issued a criminal summons June 1 on a charge of <!--more-->second-degree harassment.<\/p>\n<p>Adah C. Shenandoah, Jr., 27, of Maple St., Oneida, was arrested June 2 on an arrest warrant for petit larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.<\/p>\n<p>Natalio J. McCormick, 21, of Phelps St., Oneida, was charged June 3 with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing following investigation into an assault that\u00a0occurred Maay 26 at about 9 p.m. in front of 113 Cedar St. McCormick is alleged to have\u00a0punched a male victim in the face with his fist, tackle the male to the road and applied\u00a0pressure to the victim&#8217;s throat and neck with his arm, causing the victim to lose\u00a0consciousness momentarily.
