Rowe, 33, of 1822 County Route 6, Fulton, with second-degree scheme to defraud, a class A misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>Rowe stands accused of going door-to-door in Green Acres Mobile Home Park in March 2016 and selling products related to a school fundraiser for her child. Rowe did not submit the completed order forms or the money she collected to the school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\"><span lang=\"EN\">Rowe is scheduled to appear in Volney Town Court June 27 at 6 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 5, State Police in Fulton charged Raelyn R.
