Eileen Collins Boulevard, Syracuse, New York, 13212, until 1:00<br \/>\np.m. local time, on June 30, 2016, and there at said office, at said time, publically opened and read<br \/>\naloud.<br \/>\nThe project consists of the removal and replacement of an existing 96-inch diameter culvert on the<br \/>\nRunway 28 approach access road over the North Branch Ley Creek. The project also includes all<br \/>\nrequired stream bypassing and site restoration.<br \/>\nSets of plans and specifications for work under this Contract may be obtained only from the Office of<br \/>\nthe Executive Director of the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority, 1000 Col. Eileen Collins Boulevard,<br \/>\nSyracuse, New York, 13212, upon deposit of a check or money order in the amount of $50.00, payable<br \/>\nto the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority.<br \/>\nTo have bid documents mailed, you must provide us with your UPS or Fed Ex account number to be<br \/>\nbilled directly. Copies of the above described bid documents may be examined at the Authority\u2019s offices<br \/>\nand Arcadis, 6723 Towpath Road, Syracuse, New York, 13214.<br \/>\nEach bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of<br \/>\nthe total maximum price bid (combination of the base bid price or alternate bid plus add-on items) for<br \/>\nthe Contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.<br \/>\nA pre-bid conference has been scheduled for the benefit of all prospective bidders. All prospective<br \/>\nbidders are encouraged to attend. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 23, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in<br \/>\nthe Veronica Room (South Terminal Conference Room) of the Syracuse Hancock International Airport<br \/>\nTerminal Building.<br \/>\nAny questions regarding bidding of this project shall be directed, in writing only, to Benjamin Tillotson,<br \/>\nPE, of Arcadis, email: Benjamin.Tillotson@arcadis.com or fax: (315) 446-7485. Any necessary<br \/>\naddendum to this project will be posted to the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority website as well as<br \/>\nthis advertisement.
