The classes are paced at an introductory level.<\/p>\n<p>This five-session program will be held outside on the Park Avenue lawn near the library parking lot; rain location will be the Q700 room.<\/p>\n<p>Qigong (pronounced chee-kong) is based on principles of self-healing and self-restoration and produces positive effects on many levels.<\/p>\n<p>Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Presented by Dae Anderson B.S. Registration is currently open. To register, call the library at 315.735.2279 or register through the library website, <a href=\"http:\/\/uticapubliclibrary.org\/\">uticapubliclibrary.org<\/a>.
