The operator, Sandee C. Lenhardt, 25, of 336 Beech St., Syracuse, was found to be operating with a suspended license and was wanted on an arrest warrant in Pennsylvania. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\"><span lang=\"EN\">Further investigation revealed she was in possession of cocaine and counterfeit money. Lenhardt was taken into custody and charged with first-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class C felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\"><span lang=\"EN\">Lenhardt was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail without bail.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday June 6 at approximately 11:30 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 481 in the City of Fulton for a traffic violation.
