Hall, 24, of Fulton, and charged her with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Hall stands accused of stealing $4,000 in cash from the home of two family members.<\/p>\n<p>She was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court\u00a0and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.
