On June 15, at approximately 2:20 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Jeannires Perez, 51, of Bronx; and her passengers, Felix Perez, 50, of Bronx; and Jessica Kimball, 27, of Rutland, Vt., were found to be in possession of heroin, crack-cocaine, cocaine, ecstasy, and drug paraphernalia in numerous locations in the vehicle and on their bodies.<\/p>\n

All were taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Albany.<\/p>\n

Jeannires Perez was subsequently charged with:<\/div>\n

  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree; a Class B Felony<\/li>\n
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree: Intent to Sell; a Class B Felony<\/li>\n
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree; a Class D Felony<\/li>\n
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor<\/li>\n
  • Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    She was arraigned before the Town of Coxsackie Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $75,000 bond.<\/div>\n

    • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree; a Class C Felony<\/li>\n
    • Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      He was arraigned before the Town of Coxsackie Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $200,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
