Buss, 32, of Canastota.<\/p>\n<p>Buss is charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (B Felony);\u00a0and three (3) counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (B Felony).<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the month-long investigation and arrest, it is alleged that Buss\u00a0both possessed and sold Morphine and Fentanyl on three occasions.<\/p>\n<p>Buss was arraigned in the City of Oneida Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail on\u00a0$5,000 cash\/$10,000 bail bond.
