The driver of the vehicle, Mark J. Maurer, 23, of Mahwah, N.J., was found to be intoxicated. \u00a0He was transported and processed at SP Montgomery, where his blood-alcohol content was determined to be 0.28 percent.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He was subsequently charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated,\u00a0a misdemeanor.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Maurer was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket return to Newburgh Town Court July 6 at 1 p.m.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 18, at approximately 11:15 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
