Carncross, age 31, from Apulia Road in Jamesville, NY for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grand Larceny 4th degree, a class \u201cE\u201d felony<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorized Use of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor<\/li>\n<li>Leaving the Scene of a property damage accident<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On June 26, 2016, at approximately 5am, Troopers were dispatched to an accident on Apulia Road in the Town of Lafayette.\u00a0 When Troopers arrived, they observed a 1978 pickup truck on its side, resting up against <!--more-->a utility pole.\u00a0 The driver had fled the scene prior to patrols arrival.\u00a0 The truck was registered to a James H. Carncross, age 57, from Apulia Road.<br \/>\nFurther investigation revealed James J. Carncross wrongfully took the pickup truck without his father\u2019s permission subsequent to his collision with the utility pole.<\/p>\n<p>Carncross was arraigned in the Town of Lafayette Court and was remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $25,000 cash\/bond.\u00a0 \u00a0He is due back in court on July 1, 2016 at 2pm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Police in Lafayette arrested James J.
