Sponsors include Big Moose Inn, Fulton Chain Craft Brewery, and Oil Well. The main course is a balsamic salmon baked on a cedar plank served with a crunchy carrot slaw, and dessert is a honey roasted almond yogurt bark. The menu includes Fulton Chain Craft Brewery and Oil Well Products.
