Dalton, 36, from 408 S. Fourth St., Fulton, concealed several unpaid items in a shopping cart under shopping bags containing paid items. She then passed all points of sale and exited the store without rendering payment for the remaining items.<\/p>\n<p>Dalton was taken into custody and charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony, as she has been banned from all WalMart properties since 2009 following another larceny incident.<\/p>\n<p>Dalton was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $100 cash bail.
