\"Clinton<\/a>Join us at\u00a0The Clinton Pool<\/a>\u00a0on Tuesday, July 12th<\/span><\/span> from\u00a08 – 9:30 am<\/span><\/span> to pass business cards and network with current and prospective Clinton Chamber of Commerce members from the surrounding area. Every participant gets the opportunity to spend a few minutes sharing information about their business with the group. Complimentary breakfast treats and coffee provided by The Clinton Pool.<\/div>\n

The\u00a0Clinton Youth Foundation (CYF)\u00a0was formed in 1957 to run and maintain the Jack Boynton\u00a0Community Pool on Norton Avenue. Mission: to provide a safe, healthy, welcoming\u00a0environment to all members of the community, especially its children. These goals are achieved through swimming instruction, leisure, and physical activities that inspire personal growth,\u00a0respect and self-esteem.<\/div>\n

The pool opens every summer in mid-June to provide swimming, lessons, and other\u00a0programming for children and families. In recent years, other activities, including\u00a0arts and crafts, food trucks, parties, outdoor movie nights, birthday parties, and more. \u00a0Attendance last summer was over 6,300 bathers: best summer ever! The\u00a0pool has become a valuable community resource for the residents of Clinton and the\u00a0surrounding area.<\/div>\n

The CYF is supported by a grant from the Community Foundation as well as donations from the\u00a0Town of Kirkland and many local businesses and individuals.<\/div>\n

Daily admission is just $4 (only $2 on Tuesdays). \u00a0Memberships are available for families and individuals, either for the whole season or by the\u00a0month. Swim lessons are available for children of all ages and abilities. We will be open every\u00a0day from 1-7 p.m.<\/span><\/span> until late August.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
