Summer Reading has begun! The theme this year is, \u201cOn Your Mark, Get Set-READ\u201d! Stop in and sign\u00a0up if you haven\u2019t! Lots of fun and exciting things going on this summer! Stop in to find out!<\/p>\n

New this summer we will be having a special Summer Reading Kiddies Korner (our preschool story\u00a0hour) that meets every Tuesday through August 9! Be sure to bring your kiddos in at 10am for\u00a0stories, finger plays, crafts and more! July 19 we will be hearing stories about Back to Nature and\u00a0making edible camp fires! July 26 we will be reading about \u201cAll About You\u201d!<\/p>\n

Join us on Wednesday July 13 for Yummy!-Fun with Food at 6:30pm. Did your parents teach you it\u2019s\u00a0not polite to play with your food? Well it\u2019s okay at the library this summer! Do some cool games and\u00a0crafts, play with food and more! Sure to be a grand ole time!<\/p>\n

On Friday July 15 be sure to join us for Blast From the Past, Classic Game Night at 6:30pm! Come play\u00a0lots of games and we bet there are some classic games that you may have never even heard of! Lots\u00a0of fun and silliness to occur!<\/p>\n

Be sure to join us on Wednesday July 20 for the Motion Man at 6:30pm. Take a Mechanical Man,\u00a0precision Pantomime, lyrical movement, hysterical characterizations, a Chagall, Giant Bubbles, Toilet\u00a0Plungers, Step Ladders, Gibberish, a Ukulele, Spinning Plates, 8 Foot Streamers, a Parasol, a Floating\u00a0Hat; Things that Float over the Audience, a man squeezing through a picture frame, giant bubbles and\u00a0Inspirational Improvisation put them in a blender and voila -you have-The Motion Man! Bring the\u00a0family in for a FUN time!<\/p>\n

On Friday July 22 be sure to come and be part of our Sportstacular Night at 6:30pm! Come and join\u00a0us for indoor\/outdoor games of Olympic proportions! Fun for the entire family!<\/p>\n

On Monday July 25 we will be having our next night of our Sports Movie Marathon. We will be\u00a0showing the Angels in the Outfield, a classic baseball movie at 7:00pm. We provide the popcorn;\u00a0bring your own beverage.<\/p>\n

Wednesday July 27 is our Library Scavenger Hunt at 6:30pm. We can\u2019t have summer reading without\u00a0a scavenger hunt! Come see what cool way we are scavenging around the library this year!<\/p>\n

Be sure to come on Friday July 29 for Motion Commotion at 6:30pm. Join us as we move and move\u00a0and MOVE! Do lots of fun \u201cmoving\u201d activities as we make sure we are creating a commotion of motion!<\/p>\n

The Library Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday July 21 at 6:30pm. The public is welcome to\u00a0attend.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget we are closed Saturdays through Labor Day. We are open Monday, Wednesday and\u00a0Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
