Bage, age 26 of Oneida New York for torture\/injure\/not feeding an animal, a class A Misdemeanor in violation\u00a0of the Agriculture and Markets Law.<\/p>\n<p>It is alleged that Bage left her three cats abandoned in an\u00a0unoccupied Town of Lincoln residence which deprived the\u00a0animals of human contact, food, water and medical care.\u00a0 As a\u00a0result of Bage\u2019s actions, the cats suffered ulcers,<!--more--> dehydration\u00a0and malnutrition.<\/p>\n<p>Wanderer\u2019s Rest Human Association assisted with the removal\u00a0and the treatment of the cats.
