Eckerlin, 22, of Weber Drive in Chittenango, for first-degree rape, a class \u201cB\u201d felony.<\/p>\n<p>Eckerlin is accused of forcing a 17-year-old female to have sexual intercourse against her will after she was invited to his residence July 24. The female victim stated she met Eckerlin July 24 after she accepted a friend request on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Eckerlin was arraigned in Cazenovia Village Court and remanded to Madison County Jail in lieu $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Police in Oneida arrested Clayton J.
