On July 26 at 11:52 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 690 in the Town of VanBuren for a traffic violation. The driver, Morgan A. O\u2019Neil, 20, of 147 \u00bd E. Bridge St., Oswego, was found to be operating the vehicle without insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n

She was further found to be in possession of marijuana and heroin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Both passengers, Zachery J. Palmitese, 32, of 37 McCracken Drive; and Marc A. Walpole, 22, of 234 E. 6th St., Oswego, were also in possession of heroin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Walpole was further found to also be in possession of marijuana.<\/span><\/p>\n

All three occupants were taken into custody and charged as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

O\u2019Neil: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation, and multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Palmitese: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor<\/span><\/p>\n

Walpole: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation<\/span><\/p>\n

All three are scheduled to appear in the Town of VanBuren Court Aug. 2.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
