Nolan, age 29, from 827 Middle Road, Oswego, with Criminal Impersonation 2nd degree, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor.\u00a0 The charge stems from a traffic stop in the Town of Lysander on April 21, 2016 in which Nolan provided Troopers with the identity of a family member.\u00a0 Nolan then failed to answer the ticket, and the victim alerted Troopers when her license was suspended for failure to answer the charge.<\/p>\n<p>Nolan was arraigned in the Town of Lysander Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.\u00a0 She is scheduled to return to court on August 3, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On July 28, 2016 State Police charged Beth L.
