Franklin was arrested\u00a0Friday night, July 29th at approximately 10 PM.<\/p>\n<p>While on routine patrol on Peterboro Road in the Town of\u00a0Stockbridge, Madison County Sheriff\u2019s Deputy Thomas Riolo\u00a0observed by radar a vehicle driving 53 in a posted 35 MPH speed zone.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Riolo stopped the vehicle a short time later and, through further investigation, determined that\u00a0Franklin was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Franklin\u2019s child, 5,\u00a0was in the rear seat of the vehicle, along with three other relatives in the vehicle. Franklin\u2019s BAC at\u00a0the time of his arrest was .21%.<\/p>\n<p>Franklin was arraigned at the Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail in lieu of\u00a0$2,000 cash bail.
