A committee was formed at the beginning of the year to update this document. It has been pre-approved by the Director of Extension at Cornell Extension Administration and the\u00a0Board of Directors of Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County. Minimal formatting\u00a0changes were made as well as a change to the time and location of the Association\u2019s annual\u00a0meeting.
