A non-refundable and non-transferable <!--more-->processing fee of $15 (money order only) payable to Madison County Treasurer must accompany each application. Application fees are non-refundable, and candidates are strongly urged to carefully compare qualifications with the requirements for admission and file only for those examinations for which he or she is clearly qualified.<\/p>\n<p>Applications may be obtained and must be filed with the Madison County Personnel\/Civil Service Department, County Office Building, P.O. Box 636, Wampsville, N.Y. 13163 (phone 315.366.2341) no later than 5 p.m. on the last filing date.
