\"Oneida<\/a>On August 18, 2016, Jacob D. Tonra, 32, of 432 Tilden St. was charged with passing a stop sign and unlawful\u00a0possession of marijuana. He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On August 18, 2016, Joseph R. Pohl, 28, of 255 Salt Springs Rd. Fayetteville, was charged with criminal\u00a0obstruction of breathing and assault in the third degree. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in\u00a0Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On August 21, 2016, Chelsea A. Janes, 24, 5343 Main St. Durhamville, was charged with petit larceny. She\u00a0was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail in lieu of bail.<\/p>\n

On August 21, 2016, Stephanie A. Janes, 24, 5760 Reeber Rd., Rome, was charged with petit larceny. She\u00a0was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On August 21, 2016, Joseph R. Pohl, 28, of 255 Salt Springs Rd., Fayetteville, was charged with petit larceny.\u00a0He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On August 21, 2016, Donald A. Shepard II, 32, of 2554 St. Rt. 69 Camden, was arrested on a bench warrant\u00a0alleging that he failed to appear in court on original charges of aggravated operation of a motor vehicle in the\u00a0third degree, unlicensed operator and operating the wrong way on a one way vehicle. He was arraigned in\u00a0Oneida City Court and remanded to the custody of the Madison County Jail pending further court appearance.<\/p>\n

On August 20, 2016, Robert F. Young, 26, of 3429 Cook Rd., Blossvale, was arrested on a bench warrant\u00a0alleging that he failed to appear in court on an original charge of unlawful possession of marihuana. He was\u00a0arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of the Madison County Jail pending further\u00a0court action.<\/p>\n

On August 22, 2016, Lorrie M. Dean, 51, of 126 Williams St. apt. 14, was charged with 2 counts of petit\u00a0larceny. She was issued a criminal summons and is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On August 23, 2016, Nancy L. Burns, 56, of 244 W. Elm St. was charged with petit larceny. She is to appear\u00a0in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n
