Emmons, II, 30, of 1561 Cobb St., was arrested for unlawfully growing cannabis,\u00a0unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device and unlawful\u00a0possession of certain ammunition feeding devices.\u00a0In excess of 50 marijuana plants were seized during the execution of\u00a0the search warrant. Members of the Oneida Police Department were assisted by members of the Madison County\u00a0Sheriff\u2019s Office. Emmons was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Oneida City Court at a later\u00a0date.<\/p>\n<p>On August 24, 2016, James Ostrander, 26, of 315 Seneca St. apt. 3, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On August 24, 2016, Vincent J. Scanlon, 51, of 1148 Genesee St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for\u00a0harassment in the second degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On August 24, 2016, Larry L. Leggett II, 53, of 136 E. Center St., Canastota, was arrested for petit larceny. He was\u00a0released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On August 25, 2016, John W. Mason, 52, of 307 Farrier Ave., apt. 1, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for an\u00a0unreasonable noise violation under the city ordinance. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On August 25, 2016, Tanaia M. Graham, 29, of 175 Madison St. apt 3, was issued a criminal summons charging her with\u00a0criminal contempt in the second degree.
