Cazenovia Public Library cardholders can now download the free hoopla digital mobile app to their Android or IOS devices or visit hoopladigital.com<\/a> to begin enjoying thousands of titles \u2013 from major Hollywood studios, record companies, and publishers \u2013 available to borrow 24\/7 for instant streaming or temporary downloading to their smartphones, tablets, and computers.<\/p>\n
